David's approach starts at the root. You examine who you believe you are, what you believe about your clients, what you believe about the market. Then you rebuild — with systems, habits, and actions congruent with the identity you're constructing.
The work is uncomfortable. It is also permanent. Agents who go through the process don't need to be re-motivated every six months. They have internalized a way of operating that produces results without effort.
